In the True cost of food project, Gino leads the developing the True Cost Accouting for Food Calculator (TCAF-Calc), a scientific model combined with an open-access webtool that calculates the true cost of the Swiss food and agriculture system and enables users to explore and design possible sustainable paths for the future.
