Evelyn Markoni

As a food sociologist, Evelyn contributes to the True Cost of Food project with her strong background in social issues, participatory action research (PAR) and theory of change. She believes that the co-creative True Cost of Food approach with different food actors is an important piece of the puzzle towards a sustainable food system.
