Emilia Schmitt

In the True Cost of Food project, Emilia supports the scientific coordination, contributing to the holistic integration of all parts of the food system into the reflections. She is an expert on food value chain sustainability assessment, she deeply understands the Swiss food system and has a wide experience in participatory processes. She holds a PhD in environmental systems science from ETHZ.
